"I have been exploring various methods of mark making and media over the last 10 years. I currently work in oils on board or plywood but archive paintings can be viewed in the PAINTINGS section. My paintings represent a continuation of location drawings from my sketchbooks. These images are usually figures observed from places like cafes and pubs. Often a single figure will be an amalgamation of several - people sometimes don't give me much time to draw them."
